JEALOUS
“Jealous” is the protagonist piece to the painting “Breathe” otherwise known as “God’s Breathe. The two paintings were produced based on a true story and experience. The painting “Jealous” was destroyed during a life-altering event by a person pretending to offer friendship who was in fact a jealous rival harboring a cruel intention. Ironically, the death of the painting “Jealous” revealed a truth, which represented the birth of a new awareness. The painting “Jealous” represents the bile filled vortex characteristic in the human emotion of jealousy inherent to the material world, which is juxtaposed, to “Breathe” which explores the spark of life and the eternal realm.
